This May, we were honoured to be named one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies by Deloitte Canada — a recognition we’ve proudly received for 31 consecutive years. This ongoing achievement reflects our commitment to leadership, innovation, and sustainable growth across our organization.

Canada’s Best Managed Companies is the country’s premier business awards program, celebrating excellence among Canadian-headquartered companies with revenues of $50 million or more. Each year, hundreds of organizations undergo a rigorous and independent evaluation based on four key pillars: strategy; culture and commitment; capabilities and innovation; and governance and financials.
Our selection for the 2025 designation was driven by several key initiatives, including the continued expansion of our retail network, mine service operations, and distribution footprint. We also made meaningful strides in strengthening customer relationships and corporate culture, while introducing new digital tools to support marketing, shop management, business development, and human resources.
